The Breakthrough Weekend · 10+ Editions · 12 Seats · Ed. 11 — Sept 2026
A 3.5-day immersive for founders, leaders, and high-achievers who are ready to see what's actually in the way.
📍 Nahan, Himachal Pradesh | Next Edition: Sept 3–6, 2026
Why This Exists
The business is growing. The calendar is full. But somewhere underneath all of it — there's a version of you that's been waiting to be heard.
Not the version that performs well in meetings. The version that knows there's more. That suspects the next level isn't about a better strategy or a bigger team.
The Breakthrough Weekend exists for that moment. 3.5 days. 12 people. A place away from everything. Designed to give you the clarity you can't find inside your own life.
This is not a workshop. This is not a retreat. I don't have a word for what this is — but I know it's the most honest room I've ever been in.

Not What You Think
The Shift
The Design
I've been to countless leadership programs. Breakthrough Weekend is the only one where I left feeling more human, not more managed.
The People
I always believed that magic happens quietly. And I certainly experienced that here. I'm leaving with a heart full of gratitude and a mind full of clarity.
What Alumni Say
“I broke barriers I didn’t even know existed. This is what freedom looks and feels like.”
“I am enough. During this weekend I realised I was playing way below my potential.”
“I was looking for answers outside. These 4 days made me realise the answer is me. I found myself. I feel refreshed, re-energised.”
“Breakthrough Weekend consolidated my image about me. My failures, my success, my accomplishments — I’m going to own all of it with more grace.”
“You don’t realise which direction it’s going. The whole articulation of the programme, in the end, makes complete sense — it’s literally like magic.”
“Sid’s ability to understand the hidden messages people leave out was unbelievable — making you so comfortable you say what’s in your heart.”
“All the answers we need are within ourselves — but we usually don’t have the containers, the right questions and the right people to bring them out.”
“Breathwork was nothing I’ve ever experienced before — and it’s changed my life. If I don’t put it into practice, what was the point?”
“As a group, we surrendered — it felt like group therapy. I had a release in that moment, which continued not just through the session, but the entire day.”
“Breakthrough Weekend holds you in a way I didn’t know I needed. It gives you permission to be exactly who you are.”
“The one thing I was trying to build — trust in the process — has actually been there all along. My history has shown it. Now I just need to bring it to a conscious level.”
“I rediscovered myself. All the energies I had left behind — I’m taking them with me. I don’t think the word ‘leaving’ makes sense anymore.”
“He doesn’t give flowery advice — everything is measured, yet authentic. I know where I’m going to be, how I need to get there, and what the roadblocks are.”
“Breakthrough Weekend is a place that makes you feel safe. It makes you feel alive by the end of it. It’s not a coach, it’s a friend — and every person who comes in is going to take back magic with them.”
“One question Sid asked me — ‘Can I see myself the way my daughter sees me?’ — hit home harder than anything. I have it documented now, so I can come back to it whenever I forget.”
The Feeling
"There's something that happens here that I still can't fully explain. But I know it changed me."

About the Facilitator
I've spent 12 years as a private advisor to founders and leaders at inflection points. The kind of people who are winning externally — and feel something important is still missing.
Before this, I led Mindvalley's coaching division for six years — training over 5,000 coaches globally and designing transformation curricula alongside Vishen Lakhiani, Paul McKenna, and Esther Perel.
I created The Breakthrough Weekend because I kept having the same conversation. A founder in a boardroom who needed a place to be human. Twelve seats. Three and a half days. One honest room. That's what this is.
Your Home for the Weekend
A hidden sanctuary between the lower Himalayas and the Markanda River. Villa-style rooms nestled amongst trees. Indoor and outdoor dining for long, unhurried meals.
Quiet corners for journaling. An outdoor bar and lounge where conversations run late into the night. Open skies, birdsong, and spaciousness your nervous system will thank you for.
The setting is not a backdrop. It is part of the design.
